As a Social Media Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for expanding our database by developing new relationships with potential leads and cultivating old ones through a variety of engagement activities and strategies.

In your role, you are expected to:

• Reach out to new leads via Linkedin (or other assigned channel).
• Update and maintain existing social media pages and network channels.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns.
• Develop relevant content to reach the company’s target customers.
• Create, curate, and manage all published content.
• Manage efforts in building online reviews.
• Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
• Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
• Compile reports for management showing results (ROI)

To qualify for this position, you must be a graduate of either IT, Management, Marketing, or Journalism/Advertising.

In addition, you must have:

• Excellent writing communication skills
• Established success in managing social media engagement projects
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
• Effective multitasking and time management skills
