Recruitment Associate

As a Recruitment Associate, your role is to help grow LegalMatch’s operations in the Philippines by assisting the recruitment team in recruiting top-level professionals to fill in various positions.


In your role, you will:

  • Identify and source appropriate talent for future and current open roles within the organization
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other means to source candidates for open jobs
  • Assist in the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers
  • Use applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding
  • Ensure positive experience among applicants by anticipating their needs and communicating well with them
  • Purchase office supplies, furniture and equipment and maintain supply inventory to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor employee attendance and submit reports for payroll computation
  • Answer incoming calls to solve problems or route them to the personnel in charge


To apply, you must:

  • Be a graduate of Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or any related discipline
  • Have at least 2-3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Front desk or similar function, most preferably in the IT or BPO industry
  • Preferably with Marketing background
  • Broad experience working in multinational setting, ability to bridge cultural differences is a must
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, dynamic, reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
