Account Manager for Legal Website - Reno, NV

Do you have excellent written and verbal communication skills? Are you comfortable talking on the phone to professionals and establishing relationships with your clients? Can you remain calm when others are not? Are you a problem-solver? Do you know that you can provide better customer service than most?

You will own the client relationship and help our member attorneys build, develop and focus their law practices by showing them how to best utilize their LegalMatch membership. You will maintain regular contact, by phone and email, with our attorneys to ensure continued satisfaction and address any issues or concerns. It is imperative that you can establish and maintain relationships and enjoy that process.

We provide full training on everything you need to know to be a successful member of this high performing team.

About You:

  • Self-motivated, hard worker
  • Confident
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Managing accounts on the phone all day is okay
  • Computer literate
  • Customer Service experience
  • Continually wanting to learn more
