Talent Acquisition Coordinator /Recruiting Assistant

We are looking for a member to join our Recruiting team and support our recruiting efforts in the Vegas area. While you will focus on Vegas, we will work as a team to cover all of the LegalMatch locations. This is a new position that will require flexibility, as you will also be assisting with general office duties in the Las Vegas office.

As a member of the Recruiting team, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Recruiting Assistant  should demonstrate ability to effectively coordinate administrative tasks related to recruiting and hiring processes. The successful candidate will assist the Recruiting team with the objective of conducting high volume hiring successfully and efficiently. The Coordinator will oversee multiple administrative processes and have high levels of client (applicant) interaction. The Candidate must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision, able to stay focused and on task.   Attention to detail and a high level of customer services are required.

  • Provide administrative support to the Recruiting team
  • Support local employment advertising and events
  • Utilizing various sourcing tools to identify active and passive candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Administer required documentation; employment applications, pre-employment testing and criminal background checks as required by position
  • Communicate with applicants, recruiting team and hiring managers as needed
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, ability to multi-task
  • Assist with processing of offer letters and new hire administration.
  • Competent with Applicant Tracking Systems and various reporting activities
  • Duties as assigned
