Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this position, you will help grow LegalMatch’s operations in the Philippines by recruiting top-level professionals to fill in various positions.

In your capacity, you will:

  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy that best delivers business objectives
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for future and current open roles within the organization
  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
  • Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other means to source candidates for open jobs.
  • Use applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software and CRM system to track applicants through the selection phase through to on-boarding.
  • Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process.

To apply, you must:

  • Be a graduate of Psychology, Management, Business Administration, or any related discipline
  • Have at least 5 years experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or similar function, most preferably in the IT or BPO industry
  • Broad experience working in multinational setting, ability to bridge cultural differences a must
  • Proficient in local labor practice and regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, dynamic, reliable, flexible and a strong team player
