Senior HR Generalist

As Senior HR Generalist, your role is to provide direction, expertise, and operational support to LegalMatch on various HR areas, with focus on performance management as well as employee and labor relations.

In your role, you will:

  • Plan and implement various HR programs to improve employee morale, retention, and overall productivity
  • Provide daily consultative services, expertise and operational support on a broad spectrum of topics, including, but not limited to, employee and labor relations, performance management, and employee development
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding process
  • Recommend updates and improvements to existing policies and procedures if needed
  • Cover all legal compliance requirements for HR
  • Address employee issues; take steps to prevent these from happening
  • Prepare HR reports by collecting and analyzing employee data and trends
  • Work with project leads and other managers to develop training programs that will help enhance employee skills
  • Work with project leads and managers to designer performance evaluation plan that is aligned with Development practices and Business needs


  • Minimum 5-8 years experience as a Senior HR Officer in an IT or BPO environment
  • Knowledgeable of all HR functions including labor relations, compensation, benefits,, learning and development and others
  • Proactive and very flexible
